5 years ago I lost 20 pounds. I have since put on 10 but that’s another story.
Before I found a sustainable way to lose weight, I experimented with every kind of diet before settling on one whose ingredients included chili pepper and cabbage.
Yes. Only!
Maybe you’ve heard of it. I’ll never forget the recipe. I found it in an obscure weight-loss book.
- Boil one head of cabbage
- Allow to cool
- Add 3 tablespoons turmeric
- 4 teaspoons black pepper
- 4 tablespoons chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon chill powder
- Blend everything
- Strain and put into the fridge
Listen to me, I drank that concoction like it was nobody’s business. The goal was to “eat” nothing except this.
But by day 3, I could not keep up. MY BODY WAS A MESS.
I burped chili and cabbage.
My stomach churned.
I’ll spare you the details, except to say every orifice on my body expelled cabbage and pepper.
By day 4, I stopped but I learned a couple of things that were infinitely important.

QUICK FIXES WILL NEVER LAST.
and…
Setting a weight loss goal without having a system for dropping the pounds is a recipe for failure.
The Connection Between Weight Loss and A Content System.
It was only when I stopped having the cabbage juice and looking for quick fixes and buckled down to a meal system, a reward system, and a nutrition system that I saw results.
Systems work. They work with weight loss and they work with your content too.
So I want to know, are you constantly posting on social media (good) without knowing how to build a system to use those posts to earn you $$$
or
Are you building a full-fledged content system that includes lead offers, landing pages, customer journey sequences, blog ecosystems? (BEST).
Please be careful about only setting daily content goals as a small business owner.
And while you’re at it, say goodbye to just posting on social (and chili pepper + cabbage drink )and work on a system built to generate revenue, and put it on auto pilot.
If you want to know how to build a content system that will earn you revenue online, I write about the exact process HERE.
