We are thrilled to be so close to rolling out our first special interest segment, dedicated to something so close to our hearts – health and fitness.

Forward Forty began as a way of celebrating the power of women, and Forward Forty Moves is an extension of that vision. It’s a way of introducing self-love, self-care, healthy habits, and exercise to the whole FF community, as we move towards becoming the best versions of ourselves. Together.

We know how hard it is to find motivation to begin a lifestyle change, so we’ve teamed up with a nutritionist, trainer, and a fitness and health coach to help to you (and me!) on our journey towards our #wellnessgoals.
