You’d think that avoiding the usual suspects like salt and dairy ahead of hitting the streets is all that it takes to battle the bulge but that’s just half of it. Beating the bloat involves making conscious choices about what you eat over the next couple of days as some foods are delicious and great for your body—but just not right a few days before you head out to play mas.
