We’ve used the following 5 workouts for years. At the office, these YouTube workouts have become our foolproof fitness friends. They range from the fun, to the challenging, to the: “You want me to do what?!!!” videos. On the list, there is a variety of workouts for every fitness level and yes, we swear we have tried them all ourselves!
The other good news is that all these YouTube videos are part of each presenter’s own fitness channels so there is a lot to choose from and boredom will never be possible. Here’s the thing, when we have passed the worst of this Coronavirus crisis, our aim should be to find ourselves in the best physical and mental shape ever because there is another battle ahead: How to reconstruct a new reality knowing we have come through some very difficult times.
