The look can be relaxed when worn loose, or two sizes up, but and there is a big but, the simple black shirt dress gets a va-va-voom appeal for the night in a way that the white shirtdress can’t.
Think high heels, black stockings, a belted waistline, and bold jewelry. In one of the three looks styled in the video below, I even add a bustier.
