But this is such terrible advice because ( it\u2019s something that\u2019s held me back so many times in my life from trying new things\/ it made me afraid to do things I was not so great at\/ held me back from taking risks).\n\nSo when I learned that I had to begin using social media for my business ( my brain instantly said NO\/ the thought that my life would be an open book didn&#039;t fly with me \/  I thought I\u2019d  hate talking to people I don&#039;t know  and my life wasn\u2019t fabulous anyway)\n\nBut I became  tired of limiting myself. Especially when I saw others succeeding at it.\n\nSo  I started slowly building an online community\u2026 \ud83d\ude05\nAnd guess what? I bet you think I\u2019m going to say I actually did really well\u2026but yeah no, I sucked at first.\nBut I was proud that my not being \u201cgood\u201d mattered less than  being afraid. Anyway 6 years on, I can say I\u2019m doing ok now and I&#039;m even selling a few of \u2014( state what your offers are. ) \n\nThe best part of my journey was being able to let myself not be perfect, even to be downright terrible.  And to settle into the fact that ___( social media \/ learning online marketing \/ selling while doing LIVES)  wasn\u2019t about me being \u201cgood\u201d as so many things in my life have been, but rather being consistent in the face of fear \nReal perfection is the freedom of just doing whatever you can in the moment and believing you can get better. So when I learned that I had to begin using social media for my business ( my brain instantly said NO\/ the thought that my life would be an open book didn't fly with me \/ I thought I\u2019d hate talking to people I don't know and my life wasn\u2019t fabulous anyway) But I became tired of limiting myself. Especially when I saw others succeeding at it. So I started slowly building an online community\u2026 \ud83d\ude05 And guess what? I bet you think I\u2019m going to say I actually did really well\u2026but yeah no, I sucked at first. But I was proud that my not being \u201cgood\u201d mattered less than being afraid. Anyway 6 years on, I can say I\u2019m doing ok now and I'm even selling a few of \u2014( state what your offers are. )  The best part of my journey was being able to let myself not be perfect, even to be downright terrible. And to settle into the fact that ___( social media \/ learning online marketing \/ selling while doing LIVES) wasn\u2019t about me being \u201cgood\u201d as so many things in my life have been, but rather being consistent in the face of fear Real perfection is the freedom of just doing whatever you can in the moment and believing you can get better.
