The favours and compliments always come. Strangers see me.  \n \nWith my (20\/30\/40 extra pounds ) I instantly felt a difference in how people saw me. \n\n____(I feel a different energy in my public interactions\/ I am ignored in public places\/ Strangers are not so welcoming\/ I get a different kind of energy from folks)\n\nThis has made me so ( feel sad, angry\/ more aware of the double standards.)  \n\nWe scale our love for people. People are judged harshly based on their size.\n\nEach of us has inner work toward how we judge our own bodies and how we take that judgment out into the world.
