Keep smiling, right?
My break from social media and particularly Facebook allowed me to focus on three things: health, home, and happiness. Here are some things I learned you can start doing right away to clear any mental fog
Limit alcohol and coffee and sugar. In fact, stop them altogether if you can.
Don’t reach for your phone mindlessly and most definitely not each time you’re bored. You can get off Facebook, Twitter for a while and the world and its joy and troubles will still be there when you get back. Forget your FOMO.
Get rid of clutter. The Marie Kondo bug is not a bad one to get bitten by.
Create an inspired, peaceful space to live and work.
Get out more often with the people who make you laugh. Love them hard.
Have more sex and if you’re not in a healthy relationship, then just move your body more through exercise.
Get help. Never be ashamed to seek out professional help aka a therapist.
Stay still. Introspection reveals things buried inside.
Be easy on yourself.
Know there is a time and a season for everything. If there are areas where you needed to grow, tough times will often bring clarity and wisdom.
