Any reason to have a big ole’ serving of carbs is fine by me and though I’ve learned that with bread it’s all about moderation, I am certainly not exercising restraint come tomorrow when these fragrant, fruit flecked, sticky hot cross buns slathered in vegan butter and citrus glaze come out the oven.

It’s so simple, soooo deliciously good and will have your home smelling almost like it’s Christmas. Almost!
