A Friday lime with a twist, think mastermind meets supper club. Come on over for an evening out to plan the next season in your business. You'll make big decisions, map out what comes next while celebrating with women doing the same.

July 24th. The Commons.10 Seats only

Spend an intentional and fun evening with me at The Commons, my home turned community space,  as we raise a glass to your wins, brag a little about the big idea  you’re ready to take forward, and make time to think properly about the second half of the year.

This is a live, in-person planning gathering for a small group of  female founders who vibe with good food, great conversation, a little fun, plus the chance to  make clearer decisions, and build a thoughtful plan for the months  ahead.

Together, I’ll guide you through  the  Business Reset Guide + Planner.

It’s  a planning system (both digital and actual book) I created to help founders turn ideas, pressure, and loose plans into into clear, profit- minded priorites  and a practical plan they can follow.into

Join The Table

I don’t think luck is entirely random. I think most of 'luck' in business is built through the decisions we make and the plans we structure behind them..

If you’ve been carrying too many unfinished ideas in your head, I want you at the Planning Table.

Together, we’ll use the Business Reset Guide + Planner to narrow what matters, give your goals structure and build a practical path you can execute and follow.

WHAT
WE’LL DO AT
THE TABLE

The Q3 Planning Table is a working session with a Friday lime thrown in.

Ahead of your session, you’ll receive the Business Reset Guide + Planner, my 64-page digital planner built around a 6-step system.

In the  mastermind part of the evening, I’ll guide you through the system and  you’ll leave inspired and driven with clearer decisions made,  and a roadmap you can use.

But the session is  also a different kind of Friday evening lime. Think  part supper club + community vibes  enhanced with a  live Dj for an hour of throw backs.

Intentional work needs  a celebration. You do too for the founder you are, and the one you’re becoming.

WHAT THE Afternoon Will LOOK LIKE

We’ll gather at The Commons for an evening of celebration, planning, dinner, conversation and music.

We’ll begin outside as the sun dips, raise a glass to one of your business wins, and brag a little about the big idea you’re ready to move next.

Then we’ll head inside, open the Business Reset Guide + Planner and get practical. I’ll guide you through the work of narrowing your business priorities as you build a plan and a path you can follow.

Over a three-course Italian dinner, we’ll move into an interactive session where we talk through the ideas, questions and decisions that came up during the planning session.

We’ll close with a live DJ and an hour to lime, laugh, make connections and enjoy the rest of the night.

This is our special take on the Friday evening lime: good food, good company, music after some serious business planning.

That’s the kind of space I wanted  to be i when I first started out as an entrepreneur. So I created it. And I called it The Commons.

The Small Business Planning  Table is one of The Commons’ signature events: a few uninterrupted hours to sit with what matters, enjoy each other’s company and lime a little under the stars.

There are only 10 seats at the table. Once they’re filled, I’ll close registration. Your seat is waiting.

HI! I'M

Judette

coward

Before I built The Commons and started hosting women at my home turned community space, I spent years as an in-demand C-suite consultant helping businesses think through organisational communications and how it connected to business strategy.

Back then I built a seven-figure agency.

Today, I work with founders and small business owners on planning, digital offers, online business systems and AI.

The Small Business Planning Table brings together a lot of what I know to be true: good planning needs structure, but it also needs space. And women over 40 who own businesses need community. Fun too.

We shouldn’t have to figure every part of business out alone. The thinking gets better when smart women are in the room together.
