I was reading a book this weekend as part of my New Year's Resolution to read a book a month. And there was a quote that stuck out for me. It read ” Don't waste time following people just because it will get you somewhere. Don't talk to people you don't want to talk to and don't talk about stuff you don't want to. If you want followers, be someone worth following.” That stayed with me and it had such an impact.
