I know many people (are still thinking about New Year’s resolutions/ made lists of all they accomplished in -state year- / are moving into -state year- full steam ahead) But the main thing I was proud of was growing (a beautiful, exciting collaboration/growing my business/ making lots of new friends, and deepening existing relationships.) I don’t know how many milestones I hit last year but I know___( how I opened myself up to new opportunities despite being shy/ how profitable it was to take the risks I did/ how loved I felt and how many people I loved back. Metrics do matter not only because of the goals you check off and how much $$$$ you make as a small business owner but also (how you grew in the process/ the love you got from people who believed in you and made you believe in yourself.) It’s always personal growth for me.
