The adrenaline rush of this video of me ___( styling this shelf for my shop/ showing how I prepare my restaurant’s favourite meal/ showing how to plan content etc) kept me up late last night just going through all the comments.) Do you think it’s ok to be honest about (wanting to grow an audience/ caring about the engagement/ being psyched about the engagement on social media )? You may think no but _____( I like this game of trying to figure out what speaks to people/ these numbers tell me I am doing something right / data does not lie and what I share online and even in conversation is causing people to take note. In all aspects of my life I can think of, I like taking notice of what makes people tick.. What has an emotional impact? What ideas and feelings make us feel we belong in this community/. I know the numbers don’t always show me ❤️‍ and that wanting my business to reach more people can make me feel (so insecure/ nervous/ anxious about if I am doing the right thing. I constantly think “who am I to ask YOU to participate in my journey?” But then I remember to detach my ego and know sometimes the content will work and sometimes it won't. What I have to remember is that social media has ( enriched my life / allowed me space to explore my passions/ made me diligent about showing my story). And I’m not doing it alone. I’m doing it with you.
