I got a message yesterday from someone I mentor who trying to figure out her next steps in life. I got to thinking about how much we plan for something and then it turns out being exactly how we thought it would be, but more often than not the plan is diverted and we end up doing something totally different. I am not a fan of this but I am learning to live with it. So I want to know, what was one thing you planned for and it ended up being the exact opposite? It could be a job, the person you're with, your career path, university, anything.
