Juggling a heap of things all at the same time is my thing…until it's not. 🙃 I ( hit that point yesterday /reached a low last week/ felt off for the past month). Here's how it all rolled out. ______( I missed calls and now I have to play catch up to return/ an inbox that actually reads 50 unread emails” which actually feels like an ominous sign/ my hair looks and feels like the stress I feel plus the world feels heavy. It feels like you’ve got it together until you don’t. You can delay rest until you can’t. One of the things that’s hard for me to connect with is saying no to people. Admitting that I can’t do it all, is my Achilles heel. If you struggle _____(with saying yes all the time /not stating boundaries, know that your worth isn’t knitted to the fact that you can do it all. Or that you will always show up.
