Resolutions have NEVER been my thing. But it’s April and I know I need to check in with the promises I made to myself
So here are a few things I’ve put into practice since 2022 began. I am…
✔ —(getting better quality sleep/ stopped sleeping so much/ handling my anxiety about COVID in a much better way/ better about my phone at night)
✔ — (planning a vacation/ doing more mini staycations / making sure my home feels tranquil)
✔— (exercising 5 days a week / adding weights to my workout / getting outside more because I am happiest when I’m breathing fresh air)
✔— (visiting my doctor /finally checking up on my eyes/ going for my pap smear).
Since I was not diligently doing my check ups during COVID, this list makes me feel that I’m prioritizing myself again.
These are the resolutions I got behind and I’m glad that they focused almost exclusively on my health.
Have you kept up with your health resolutions? What have you been doing for Y-O-U?

So when you speak to your heart and mind, make sure the things you say are not causing you to doubt the very things you are truly capable of.
