____(I get asked this a lot / I never knew I could grow my confidence/ I’m shocked when people see me as that.)
TBH, confidence _____ (is a bunch of daily choices and practices that prove to yourself that you can do scary, big, or even the mundane with yourself for yourself / comes after working on yourself and taking small even tiny risks before taking bigger ones / comes only after you learn to stop caring about what people think)
One of my favorite little practices (is to eat out alone / take pictures and post them without worrying what others think about my size or how I look / say yes to things that would in the past have made me feel afraid)

It’s amazing how one small change in the day can totally lift the mood and positively reinforce who you are and what you’re about.
