I am thriving off all the good, productive vibes that come with the beginning of new week and hunkering down with a to do list that feels doable for a change. I know why I'm feeling so good. I had a weekend of all play and no work. -----(I stayed home / treated myself to a weekend hotel stay/ laid on my couch and read etc). Now I feel -----( rejuvenated/ happier than I've ever been/ ready to go etc.) Here what on the agenda.... (list your projects and behind the scenes work for this week) but I don't feel overwhelmed. Monday starts different when you leave the work behind and begin afresh. Agree?
