When was the last time you said no and did not feel _____ (bad about it, guilty, that you were doing something wrong). I'm just saying, No is a positive affirmation in and of itself. It's a recognition that (you're tired, that your time is better placed elsewhere, that you don't have the bandwidth to deal with any extras right now.) So go ahead and say NO, wont ya! No need to explain. No need to ask for validation. No need to feel badly and sugar coat things I feel as women we often feel the need to go beyond the “no” because it might seem (impolite, harsh, or heaven forbid "bitchy") When was the last time you said NO, without guilt?
