Our networks are not as tight, we get less funding and we tend to remain small and not grow as rapidly as men.

I am thriving off all the good, productive vibes that come with the beginning of new week and hunkering down with a to do list that feels doable for a change.

I know why I’m feeling so good. I had a weekend of all play and no work. —–(I stayed home / treated myself to a weekend hotel stay/ laid on my couch and read etc).

Now I feel —–( rejuvenated/ happier than I’ve ever been/ ready to go etc.)

Here what on the agenda…. (list your projects and behind the scenes work for this week) but I don’t feel overwhelmed.

I Sell Because I Show Up

Creating ( my new fashion line/ my dining experience/ my new line of …..) is magical for me.

I love the feeling of feeling connected to (state the natural ingredients, inputs, or emotions), that’s definitely one of the big reasons I became a (fashion entrepreneur/ a restauranteur etc.) I get lost in the craft in the best way.

I love sharing my creativity through (my clothing, my food, my etc….) —and if you’re a creative, it’s important you share your work, too!

You don’t have to share most of your work, but you should share it often, whatever that means to you.

I used to be terrible on social media then I recognised two things: as an artist I have to live and 2) if being public means I get more people to understand what I do and experience my work and joy, then so be it.

To never show your work is to deny your (perspective/your art/your creativity) that someone is waiting to receive and it also means getting left behind.

For me— (it’s like a roller coaster/ it feels certain and uncertain at the same time/ like I’m an imposter)

Let me explain.

Some days I feel like I’m getting nowhere especially if I go down the rabbit hole of comparison analysis.

And other days I can’t ignore how much I’ve _____ (state your achievement/s)

Growth is like a constant whiplash between feeling like I’m on the verge of being made a fool of (aka imposter syndrome) and feeling like, “Girl, you’ve got this.”
