Life Each Other Higher

Be generous.
Give compliments.
Support others.
Pick up the phone and call.
Encourage.
Sing words of praise.
Put your money where your “Like” is.
We might not realize the impact we can each have as individuals.
But in my experience, tiny gestures and loving words can have a big lasting impact.

Renewed Perspective

Feeling stuck sucks! Frankly, I can’t think of another way of saying it and I’m wondering what do you do when things feel heavy and you can’t focus?
Do you stop what you’re doing? Head outside? Keep pressing forward?
There are all sorts of ways to get your flow back, but I’m all about __________ [a simple point of view shift /changing my perspective on the situation/etc.].
When I feel stuck, I ___________ [get into nature, the serenity reveals so much / head to the kitchen—cooking always clears my mind/ exercise, sweating makes me feel powerful.].

I’m so thankful I have ___________ [state who.] to help open me up to a different way of seeing things. Tell me, who or what do you rely on to get a fresh perspective.

Setting My Intentions

As we enter into the second quarter, how have you been keeping on track with your goals? Do you __________ [have an inspirational phone background /create a vision board every quarter/ do you reset your goals in a journal etc.] or are you more of the wishing and manifesting type?
I __________ [have a bit of both tendencies / keep a goal-setting planner to keep me organized/etc.].
I know the fear of Covid-19 still lingers, for instance, __________ [I’m still getting the hang of homeschooling my children / I’m nervous about the new variant /I’m not 100% certain about this e-commerce world, etc.] but I want to stay intentional with my goals.
This month I’d like to_____ (state your goals)
How about you, my friend? How are you keeping your goals on track? Don’t forget to give yourself grace if you need it.
