My Why December 2020

My Customers Are Important To Me

My biggest desire when I started my business was to serve others and to do that well. So before I even started ( my company/ opened my shop/ started creating digital products) I asked myself a series of questions as if I was a customer.
Was_____________ [it easier to eat healthier if food is delivered to your door / would I get more revenue from my website if had a funnel /would I feel more confident if I had better fitting clothes?)
Once I got the answers I was able to shape (insert name of the business) into something that I knew my customers would need.
Have you ever walked into your customers’ shoes? If your answer is YES, what’s the one thing that surprised you the most?

Knowledge Creates Confidence

Can you believe it?
Anyway, I got woke! Here’s how, I ______ [joined a mastermind with female entrepreneurs who helped me navigate the new terrain / I worked harder than anyone else to change the negative narrative in my head / I got myself a mentor etc.]. That was the change I needed.
Now I can say clearly (state the thing you learned). Knowledge creates confidence. Do you agree?

Teamwork Makes The Dream Work

Meet the most important person on my team. He / she is my right hand and I couldn’t build my ________ [photography/health coach/network marketing / feng shui] business without my _________ [ Maltese poodle/ this stray cat /supportive partner/amazing mother] at my side.
When you work by yourself doing everything on your own, its nice to have ____ (someone/ a pet) who you can ___ ( share things with/ hug/cuddle ) I may have the smallest team ever, but (my mom, my partner, my pet) makes me feel as if I have the best crew in the world.
Who helps make your dreams work?

Lessons Learned

What’s one thing you won’t forget about this year? I have so many discoveries _____ (the joy of time and space / hunkering down and getting still / not being pulled in a million directions/ connecting with so many people even if it was on Zoom.)
I also enjoyed___ (planting my own veggies / spending loads of time with my hands in the dirt /cooking and experimenting /exercising at home and loving every minute/ pivoting into more digital products / watching other people get creative and find new and different ways of working.
I could keep going on. Ultimately, I just feel super grateful for so many things I’ve discovered about myself. But I would LOVE to know, what’s the most important lesson from 2020 that you won’t forget? I can‘t wait to read your comments.
