New Year’s Day December 2020

I Did That And You Can Too

(Last Year, 5 years ago, 10 years ago) I began ____ ( my first day sober, with a 25-pound weight loss, prioritizing my dreams). It took baby steps to get there. ____ ( I went to meetings, saw a nutritionist, decided what was important in my life) And then I continued ____( to grow, seek, learn, work on myself ) and get courageous enough to look at my shortcomings and make changes that were so needed.
On this new day of this brand new year, I want to encourage you to be unafraid to look at how you are self-sabotaging and keeping yourself small. That’s the first step and you can make that change today. As soon as _____( I put down the drink, gave up sugar, and started to exercise, listened to my instinct) the real work started.
Find your demons. Face them head-on and be courageous enough to get the support you need. I haven’t looked back since my big aha moment and neither will you. How will you stop sabotaging yourself in this New Year?
