Over the past few months, I’ve been being extremely lax with myself and my ______ (workouts, eating well, overall health). I’ve (fluctuated in weight, been feeling tired, not prioritized rest over activity/ etc.)
In the last few weeks though I’ve *finally* been ____ (getting back into consistent training/ eating better/ taking my vitamins/ etc.)
In years past, I would mentally berate myself______ (for missing even one workout/ eating a bag of chips/ missing my annual check-up) and now I know I need to be more gentle with myself.
Sure, getting back ____ (to a place of wellness, losing 20 pounds, making smart food choices) is hard but I know if I want to get moving again, I need to set intentions, be consistent.
I’ll chalk that up to growth.
