Abundance Is What I Ask For

I am worth the effort.

My work is worth the time.

My time is worth money

I say these words every day in the mirror.

What I’ve come to know is there is no way to manifest abundance until you work on your own values and sense of worth…outside of anyone else or any circumstance.

It took me a long time to know this but I did the work when I —–( state the work/ efforts you put in)

It starts with the belief that you are enough and abundance flows through and to you.

When you start to believe this, you realise that all the time you spent asking if you were enough…taking breadcrumbs, could’ve been spent reflecting on your power to manifest the (contracts/ business/ family connections/ network/ money, ) that supports your thriving.

If you’re with me on this, say: “I am!”

What Fitness Looks Like Now

I worked out (one day/ zero days/ 5 days—-) this week and felt —- (a great sense of guilt /amazing!).

I thought being vaccinated and with gyms open (I’d go more often /I’d enjoy working out more./ discard my You Tube workouts and hit the gym more/ and I have)

And it’s been —-(more like a workout or two a week (at best) / great to be back to my pre-Covid schedule)

If you’ve been feeling like me ( hard on yourself self mentally, and even less motivated / pumped and ready to rock a new body), know that _____( slow and steady yields the most sustainable results / you can be proud that your positive feelings have transcended into action)

Motivation looks different for everyone

My gut tells me that as long as I get my body to the healthiest place, build community around fitness, and not take health for granted then I am already well ahead

What have you been doing to move your body and what does fitness look like for you now? 👉🏼❤️

Juggling It All

I juggle a lot. We all do.

This week I decided to take a two-day break away and while it was —– (restful, amazing, much needed).

I came back to ____ (an inbox heavy with unread emails, 20 phone calls to return / deadlines which seemed manageable on the day that I took the break but now, no longer),

One of the things that’s most difficult for me is____(feeling overwhelmed / feeling like I cant do it all / disappointing people, including myself).

But I know it just requires a mental reset.

I don’t always agree with the thinking that overwhelm is the abundance we ask for and I’m old enough to admit ____ (I can’t do it all/ unrealistic expectations is sometimes what I set for myself,/ my worth is not tied to the idea that I can do it all)

If you struggle with overwhelm as I did on my return to office, know that you can ___ (say no/ delay/ postpone) even as you show up with the gifts you bring to this world. ❤

I just feel it’s time we stopped beating up ourselves about what we can and cannot do.

Anyone else agree with this?
