I can’t believe this is my job sometimes. Here’s a look at what I love about each day running my business.

Do/ Does __________ ( the holiday/s/ the current season/ Christmas ) tend to make anyone other than me feel absurdly reflective?

I’m just reveling in __________ [the way it gets dark early/the lights on people’s front lawn as I drive by at night / all the speciality products in the supermarket that only are seen at this time) and trying to decide my absolute FAVORITE thing about this time of year and I think I got it.

__________ (I really can’t lie, for me, it’s the birth of Jesus / the religious aspect of the season/ knowing the reason for the season)

I know we get lost in the fancy gestures of the holidays but giving thanks for his birth is the best reason of all.

Anybody else agree with me?

It’s the memories that make Christmas magical, do you agree?

As a child on Christmas morning, I used to ____ (wake my parents to open presents before the sun came up/attend church service before seeing what Santa left under the tree/etc.).

Looking back, I remember —(the smells of the ham in the oven, the extra joy that my parents had, the neighbours who stopped by with food and drinks).

Those were the days.

What is your most unforgettable childhood Christmas memory?

Something we talk about almost weekly in our office/ studio/ shop: [explain a fresh perspective for your industry].

I’ve never understood folks who (aren’t happy for people in their big moments/ are envious of the success of others/ who won’t call to say congratulations when someone they know succeeds 😔

We’ve all had that friend who we were nervous to share accomplishments with (for fear that they would pick it apart / not root for us / because we see the big, fake smile)

Somehow the win was about their loss. At least they’d make it so.

Friendship in business ✨isn’t just about commiserating the lows but also exploding with joy for others at their highest highs.

Today I’d like to tag —(@ and @ ) for always rooting for me in good times and the not so great moments. I love and appreciate them so much.❤️

I don’t want to be off with my sleep patterns in 2023.
I know there is this—-(weird shame/ habit of looking down on people who sleep in / this feeling of being unproductive) that’s associated with people who sleep in.
But honestly, it’s not (the shame/ the judgment or “I care what people think sentiment” ) that gets me.
It’s the feeling of rushing and FOMO. That ( I missed an important part of the day/ that the early morning hours could be put to better use).
Some mornings I sleep so much that I am exhausted the rest of the day because of it. All the night owls will get what I mean.

2023 is the time to change: I’ve decided to try and be a morning person. 6 am is the goal! 🌞

Some things I’m doing to support my sleep are: (going to bed earlier / being off my phone at night/ making rituals like drinking tea before bed, and reading a good fiction book part of my wind down/ making sure to light a nice candle / play music/ say my prayer of gratitude / no reading of news at the end or start of the day / no drinking water 4 hours before bed-\ 😏
