What Makes Me Special
I was having (lunch, wine, coffee, dinner) with my best friend last week and I told her exactly what made her special to me.
(Insert name/ Tag) makes the best (cakes, rum cocktails, pot luck dinners). She’s smart and I can call on her at anytime of the day or night and she’ll be ready to support me with a good laugh or cry.

Good Morning
Do you have a morning ritual?
I find that doing the same thing at the same time every morning gives me balance and a good mindset to start the day.

Happy Friday friends. How are you winding down? Sometimes I find that Friday can merge into Saturday and Sunday if I am not careful, so I set my hard stop for (insert your time/day).

I Teach Others
