Trying Something New

I Stopped Trying To Be Perfect

I love social media, I can’t lie but I know it always makes people think that my life _____ ( is perfect/ without flaws / that things could not be better). Naturally, that could not be further from the truth.
As I move through _____ (this new modern age of marketing / my social media grids / my IG feed) I realize I need to get more comfortable with showing ______(some vulnerability / my failings and my failings.
You know what? It is ok to admit your life rafts can (and very well might) sink.
Your ride or die might not want to ride any longer.
Your profit margins may shrink.
You may want to try something new and feel afraid.
So why pretend? Why not declare our fears and trust that if we fail or flail that the folks who have our backs will be there to say it’s ok, and inch us forward?
One thing I’ve been wavering on doing______ (is expanding my shop/ taking a detour from what I know/ beginning my digital course). It’s just something I’ve always wanted to try but I’m nervous about starting something new. Plus, what if I’m not good at it? There I said it.
